Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was like a dream come true. The rooms were lovely with very high ceilings and large French doors to a balcony overlooking the River Arno and Pontevecchio Bridge. The service was exceptional, with friendly and accommodating staff. The location couldn't have been better, directly in front of the Arno river and within walking distance of all the sites in Florence. The dining options, both in the hotel and nearby, were fantastic. A truly wonderful experience with just a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel had stunning rooms with gorgeous frescos and high ceilings; however, noise and mosquito issues made sleeping difficult. The service was friendly and helpful but lacked promptness. The location was perfect with a view of the river, close to tourist attractions. The dining experience offered an excellent buffet breakfast with plenty of variety.
I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, with lovely views of the Arno. The service was top-notch, approachable, and very helpful. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions in Florence and right on the river. The dining was exquisite, offering an amazing variety of choices. Overall, a fantastic stay with great value for money.
The hotel offers spacious and beautiful rooms, albeit a bit worn-out, but clean and adequately comfortable. The lack of proper windows may compromise privacy and security concerns arise due to exposed access to the hallway. The expansive structure provides a large setting but raises trust issues with credit card security.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great moments and some room for improvement. The fantastic location near the Arno River offered stunning views, but the cheaper rooms inside the building lacked the same charm. The service was exceptional, with incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Dining options were varied and fresh, although not without some challenges. Overall, a pleasant stay with room for enhancement.
The hotel was just on the other side of the Arno in the lovely Oltrarno neighborhood, offering a quieter stay with artisan shops and good dining options nearby. The rooms were fresh from a renovation, swish modern, and comfortably accommodated our family of four. The service was top-notch, with helpful and professional staff, although a slight shortfall in qualifications was noticeable in some areas. The dining experience was excellent, with a wide selection of delicious dishes prepared by competent staff. Overall, a great location, comfortable rooms, and friendly service made for a delightful stay.
